The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms or individuals for, but not limited to: Assisting in the preparation of the 5-year Comprehensive Grant Action Plan; Prepare improvement plans that address issues identified in HUD audits, specifically in the areas of MIS, Procurement/Contracting, PHMAP Performance; Prepare viability reviews and strategies to address viability problems; Assist in preparation of HUD 52831, 52833, 52837 and other items as may be required by the HUD formula funding notification. Offeror's must submit their proposals in accordance with the SLHA solicitation documents which may be obtained from the above address at no cost.
