The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) will issue a commercial item solicitation for on-going training courses in Cisco routing theory, connectivity, and methodology. A contract for these training courses will be awarded to one or more Cisco Systems Training Partners who can provide courses instructed by Cisco certified systems instructors using original materials created and distributed by Cisco Systems. Contractor(s) shall be certified as a Cisco Systems Training Partner. All training shall be held in Parkersburg, West Virginia. BPD is planning to make multiple awards of indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity type contracts with firm-fixed-price task orders. The period of performance of these contracts will be for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods.
