E-MAIL: Ann Nelson, Ann.Nelson-2@kmail.ksc.nasa.gov. NASA/KSC is soliciting information for potential sources for agency wide relocation services for NASA employees. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. Mandatory services include both departure and destination area services. Approximately 150 employees will use the services annually. The contractor must be capable of providing all services within the U.S. and possessions. Departure Area Services include guaranteed offer, marketing assistance, and equity advance. Contractor shall arrange for appraisals, calculate offer according to predetermined formula, and take legal title of residence from transferee. The marketing assistance includes an intense, personalized marketing effort: professional market analysis, marketing plan, and listing agent selection guidance. The equity advancement includes providing to the transferring employee up to 75% of estimated equity within 7 days of receipt of request. Destination Area Services include buyer and renter homefinding, including mortgage counseling, assistance in broker selection, information about the new community, and housing options. Prospective interested offerors/vendors having the required specialized capabilities to meet the above requirement should submit a capability statement along with brochures and other descriptive literature to demonstrate the related experience and capability.
