Montalbano 504-278-8239, Contract Specialist, SFC Sharlene Alexis 504-278-8414 (Site Code DAHA16) The Louisiana Air National Guard at the USNAS JRB in New Orleans, LA requires the following services: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, expertise and insurance required to upgrade the POL truck parking area. Scope of work includes but not limited to adding additional concrete paving for circulation and truck parking area, installing curbing and fencing around the perimeter of the truck parking area. All existing joints will be raked clean and replaced with new joint sealant. Site parking drainage will be constructed along with a cast in place collection box along one side of the POL truck parking area and tied into an existing oil water separator. Project also includes minor electrical work such as exterior lighting and grounding loop for the fence and the POL trucks. Completion period is 180 days from Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. A firm fixed price contract is expected. Bid opening isscheduled for June 19, 1997.
