The Army requires a contract to reroof selected family housing units located at Hunter AAF, GA. The work includes, but is not restricted to, removing existing built-up roofing and installing new shingle roofing; installing new sheetmetal; providing pitched roof with shingles over flat roofed areas; and providing vinyl siding at gable ends and vinyl soffits at carports and porches. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis and has an estimated magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000; the SIC is 1761. There is a $25.00 non-refundable charge for the package and all requests for such must be made in writing to the above address.
