Postal Service is soliciting proposals to expand the existing parking lot at the Burlington Processing & Distribution Facility at 8 New England Drive in Essex Junction, VT. Work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, gravel, curbing, site lighting, concrete, and related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00, with completion within 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on May 22, 1997. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
