16 -- NON-RECURRING PRODUCTION START UP EFFORTS IN SUPPORT OF THE SH-60R. SOL N00019-93-C-0196 POC Contact, Emily Harman, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify contract N00019-93-C-0196 with Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY 13827-3998 (LMFS-Owego) for the procurement of non-recurring production start up efforts in support of the Multi-Mission Helicopter Upgrade (MMHU) Program (SH-60R). This effort includes the design, fabrication, and test of production tooling, kit definition, drawings, technical directive development. LMFS is the sole source for the MMHU (SH60R) E&MD Phase I contract and is the only source possessing the knowledge, expertise, and technical information required to define the aircraft configuration. Therefore, LMFS is the only source that can define the necessary non-recurring production start up requirements. See note No. 22 -- NAVAIR Synopsis No. 30090-97. (0118)
