The JSLIST P3I is a follow-on program to JSLIST which developed a joint service chemical protective ensemble. On January 16, 1997, a Government/Industry meeting was held in Springfield, VA to present to Industry a draft acquisition approach, a proposed test and evaluation plan, and a tentative schedule for the JSLIST P3I Program. The Industry participants were also provided a written summary, and they were invited to send in comments to the Program Director. The acquisition strategy, and test and evaluation plan have been revised since the January Government/Industry meeting. Firms interested in reviewing the strategy and provide comments can request a copy of the revised draft strategy from Ms. Marie Jean-Pierre, U.S. Army Natick Research, Development and Engineering Center, telephone number (508) 233-5465 or FAX (508) 233-4660.
