THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation 53SBNB7C1144 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Award will be made based on technical acceptability and price, with technical acceptability being significantly more important than price. An item must meet all specifications to be considered technically acceptable.
