Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections facility(s) services for male and female federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required to include care, custody, control accountability and treatment, which include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Bakersfield, California area. Estimated total number of mandays are 7,300 mandays for the base period, 3,650 mandays for the first option year, 3,650 mandays for the second option year and 4,015 mandays for the third option year, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is May 25, 1997. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated.
