The USDA, Animal Health and Plant Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), Lincoln, Nebraska intends to acquire laboratory services for the testing equipment and samples. The Government will provide PCFIA testing equipment and supplies. Estimated 900,000 blood sample tests per year. A fixed price, indefinite quantity contract. One year with 2 1-year options. Location restricted to Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, and Colorado with accessible for overnight delivery service. The solicitation is to be released on or about May 20, 1997.
