The building includes three pull through maintenance bays (one with overhead hoist); administrative offices; toilet rooms; electrical and mechanical rooms/pumphouses with adjacent water storage tank. Site work includes a new submersible well pump and controls; concrete pad around the building; chain link fencing; gravel road and parking spaces; erosion protection; culverts; buried fuel and sewage holding tank and lightning protection. The project requires the demolition of an existing metal building; underground fuel and sewage holding tanks; chain link fencing, etc. Responders are advised that the requirements may be delayed, canceled or advised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and/or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes and disposition of the Armed Services.
