Brinkley, Contracting Officer. SOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to complete Masterplan Implementation, Phase I. This includes, but is not limited to, demolition of a small metal building, asphaltic concrete paving and concrete walks. New grading, paving, storm drain, landscaping, irrigation, motorcycle shelters, masonry trans enclosures, basketball and volleyball courts, chain link fencing, electrical and incidental related work. The estimated construction cost (ECC) is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract duration is approximately 270 calender days. The Standard Industrial Code is 1522 and the related small business standard is $17,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about the 16th of May 1997. To order plans and specifications, there is a $46.00 non-refundable charge for each set of plans and specifications.
