The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) has the need for a requirements type contract for the performance of various construction projects at NIMA locations in Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns serviced by the Washington District Office only. Any concerns outside the district specified is ineligible. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental or transitional stage. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. The magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000.00.
