Work consists of providing security improvements to an existing weapons storage area. The work includes hardening the walls and ceiling with a new steel -- plywood hardening system and providing a Class 5 security vault door and day gate. The work also includes demolition and removal of existing floor tile and mastic as asbestos material and demolition and removal of materials contaminated with lead paint, providing new finishes, renovating existing electrical and HVAC systems and miscellaneous other building repairs. The estimated range of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Period of performance is 120 calendar days.
