The work includes architectural and engineering design and construction services necessary for the interior and exterior renovation of bachelor enlisted quarters, and incidental related work. The location of this job is at the bachelor enlisted quarters, and incidental related work. The location of this job is at the Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, Ca. The contract price, including options, is estimated to be more than $10,000,000. It is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Proposals will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is 372 calendar days for the base item, 240 calendar days each options 1 through 6, and 155 calendar days for option 7. This will not be a public bid opening.
