Z -- REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AT FITCPAC BUILDING 564 ASW SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA SOL N63387-97-Q-5185 DUE 052797 POC Information regarding plans and specs is provided at the end of this announcement The work includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove existing 3 ton split air conditioning unit and to install two, 5 tons each, air conditioning units in the space above ceiling with air distribution duct, controls and electrical requirements. The requirement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. Quotes will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is 81 calendar days from commencement of work. All responsible sources may submit a quote.
