THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE is for the renovation of Building 669 at Grissom ARB, IN. The work covers, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor and material required to provide complete renovation of interior systems including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, electrical system, mechanical system, and plumbing system. Work also includes replacement of exterior brick veneer, installation of new exterior windows, installation of new electrical padmount transformer, and removal of asbestos containing materials. The Government anticipates issuing a "Delayed Notice to Proceed" with contract award. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated construction cost ranges between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The performance period will be 365 days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 and the related small business standard is $17 million. This proposed acquisition is unrestricted. There will be a non-refundable charge of $35.00 for plans and specifications. Requests must include a cashier check, money order, bank certified check, or company check.
