The Contractor shall provide all services, including labor, material, and equipment necessary for the repair of pavement at John Muir National Historic Site, Martinez, California. The work includes the replacement of deteriorated asphalt pavement, minor pavement repair, slurry seals of trails and roads, furnishing and installing water valve boxes, traffic striping and pavement markings. Performance must be completed within 45 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range for this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
