Fox, (916)634-3309 Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required for the partial demolition and remodel of an existing building to house the offices of the 940th ARW at Beale AFB. Work on the project includes demolition of existing doors and door frames, windows, cabinets, asbestos and lead based paint materials, exhaust vent duct and piping, counters, sinks, tanks, drinking fountains, paneling, wallpaper, gyboard, carpet, vinyl, and certain other interior construction. New work includes new walls, doors and door frames, concrete sidewalk, paint, carpet, lighting, sprinkler system, electrical distribution system(s), interior partitions, drop-in ceiling, and HVAC. Project requirements will be made available on or about 5 May 97. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
