Army requires a contract to upgrade fall zones of all playground
equipment in the family housing area of Hunter AAF, GA. All work to be
in accordance with specifications and the US Consumer Product Safety
Commission's "Handbook For Public Playground Safety". The work
includes, but is not restricted to, the following: upgrading fall
zones, installing borders around fall zone areas, widen some fall
zones, apply soil sterilant (application must be done by state licensed
and certified personnel), surface grading, and removal of one slide.
This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis and has an estimated
magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for this
package. All requests must be made in writing to the above address.
