Z -- NORTH PLANT CHILLERS CONDENSER WATER CONTROL MODIFICATIONS SOL DABT63-97-B-0004 DUE 070197 POC Contract Specialist PENNY BROWN (520) 533-2629 (Site Code DABT63) Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to install control valves, actuator controls, control software programming associated with the electrical/pneumatic instruments, condenser water piping, a concrete vault, a new plate and frame heat exchanger, and a packaged cooling tower side-stream filter system in the North Plant Chillers, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Contractor to start work no later than ten calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Chiller modifications will interface with Johnson Control Metasys System. Installation and programming of modifications must be performed by technician(s) certified by Johnson Controls, Incorporated, Systems and Services Division, Tucson, Arizona. Proof of certification required. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711 and size standard of $7M. Solicitation packages will be issued to the first ten respondents. This proposed contract is unrestricted to firms within the confines of the State of Arizona. Anticipated release date of 1 Jun 97.
