synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with
the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation
will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for
Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is USZA95-97-Q-0038. This
solicitation document and incorporated provisions a nd clauses are
those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation 90-42. The
Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3728 and the Business
Standar Size is 1000 employees. The Government expects to award a
single firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this
solicitation. Delivery of the 10 each stormscopes shall be 50 days

origin. Pack/packaging shall be IAW standard commercial practice to
ensure safe arrival at destination. Known manufacturer is B.F. Goodrich
