49 -- TEST PROGRAM SET SOL N68335-97-R-0247 DUE 061297 POC Lt Michael Hopkins Code 233MH, (908) 323-7502. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure 4 EA Test Program Sets to support the APG73 radar data processor and power supply SRAs. The proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis from McDonnell Douglas Aerospace of St Louis, MO under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, with an approved Justification and Approval. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
