The current contract is for the lease of a telephone switching system which provides 400 lines with features such as call forwarding, call transfer, speed calling and voice mail. New environmental requirements imposed by various regulatory agencies have delayed the transition of NAVCOMMSTA to the Port of Stockton. A 12 month extension is required to complete the necessary projects before transition can take place. See Note 22.**** (0119)
