The Request for Proposal (RFP) will now combine both sites, and be identified as DAAB07-97-R-05B3. See Note 26. The anticipated release date is 6 May 1997. Site visits will be held at Anniston on 13 May 97 at 0900 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in Bldg 362 -- 7 Frankford Avenue. NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. A computer with minimum 8MB RAM and a modem with 1,200 to 28,000 baud is needed to download documents from the EBB. The RPF has been prepared using Microsoft Windows 95 Version 7.0 and Microsoft Excel Windows 95 Version 7.0. These programs are recommended for ease of retrieval and reading purposes. Access to the EBB is provided by dialing the EBBs using any communication program, ANSI VT100 or RIPGRAPHIC. Use telephone numbers (520) 533-0132 thru 0138. Log in as a new user, create your own password and use it each time you log in.
