F -- REMOVE, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS LEAD CONTAMINATED SOIL FROM THE FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENTER (FLETC), GLYNCO, GEORGIA SOL DACW21-97-B-0050 DUE 061097 POC Point of Contact -- Faye Hazelwood/ Sharon Godbee, 912-652-5476 This procurement is for removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous lead contaminated soil from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, Georgia. Work includes some excavation (not to exceed 50 cubic yards), replacing the soil in those areas with clean fill (not to exceed 100 cubic yards), and removal of approximately 200 cubic yards in the stockpile area. All hazardous materials shall be disposed of at an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved Hazardous Waste Treatment and Storage Facility(HWTSF) capable of treatment and disposal/storage of the waste identified. It is the Government's intent to award one fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 4953. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-Aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $6.0 million.
