The extension will be negotiatied under citation 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 based upon the contractor's unique ability to provide the services during this interim period. Sources may submit in writing a capability statement which demonstrates that they can meet the Government's need during the 3 month extension period.
