The Department is seeking the services of a property manager to manage single family properties owned by, or in the custody of, the Department located in the following PA counties: Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and York. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal describing their experience in single family property management and must have a valid PA Real Estate Broker's license. The contract shall be for a one-year term with provisions for two possible one-year option periods. The Request For Proposals will be available, upon written request, on or after May 16, 1997.
