The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for the removal of existing heating air handling units with related steam piping and ductwork and installation of new heating, ventilating and air conditioning system in the gymnasium. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1711. The related Small Business Size Standards is $7.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
