Provide a new steam generating and distribution system. Equipment shall include two new #2 fuel oil fired boilers including all controls and safety devices required to maintain 70 PSIG pressure. Tentative issue date of solicitation is 11 June 1997. Bid opening date of 29 July 1997 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,00. 00. SIC Code is 1711. The related small business standard is $7,000,000.00. Period of performance is 255 calendar days. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
