46 -- WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM SOL RFQ 441-088 DUE 050997 POC Tom Dufort, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 548 Amendment No. 002: This is an amendment to the Request For Quotation number 441-088 originally publicized in the CBD dated 4/08/97 and Amendment No. 001 published on 4/24/97 and hereby amends the STATEMENT OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS: The tank shall be of fiberglass material with internal components to be non-corrosive material (plastic). An ASME rating is not required. External face piping can be either PVC or copper tubing. System connections shall be able to connect to 2" copper tubing. The hour and date specified for receipt of quotes has been changed to 2:00 PM EST, May 9, 1997. Quoters must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date as amended by acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the quote submitted, or by separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers.
