All other information remains the same and is published again as follows: Furnish all personnel, services, equipment, materials and facilities, and do all other things necessary for, or incidental to, furnishing approximately 100,000 tons of crushed stone loaded on Contractor-furnished barges and delivered to job sites. The work will be performed on the Mississippi River from River Mile 953.8 to River Mile 0.0 and on the Atchafalaya River between River Mile 0.0 and River Mile 60.0. This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the number of employees of a concern and its affiliates must not exceed 500.
