The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, MD has a competitive requirement for High Voltage Power Supplies (HVPS) and repair of out of warranty HVPS units. This is a follow-on effort to N00140-95-D-H027. The incumbent is CPS, Inc., of Portland, OR. The unit shall be brand name or equal to Keltron HVPS Model HC170374 and shall be manufactured in accordance with Sanders Associates, Inc. Source Control Drawing Number 1088602 contained in the SOW. The units shall be of modular construction. The HVPS units shall not exceed 5.46" (139 mm) by 11.87" (301 mm) mounting area, and 7.24 (184 mm) high. Each HVPS unit shall be warranted capable of a minimum average mean time between failure (MTBF) rate of 10,000 hours or two years. Repair services required for out of warranty units shall include the following: inspection and testing to verify reported discrepancy; replacement of failed components with functional components; delivery of failure reports, and testing of repaired units. The indefinitedelivery indefinite quantity contract shall consist of one base period with four options not to exceed a total of five years.
