Offerors must be able to provide testing services for all probation/pretrial services offices at all sites nationwide including Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands, which may approximate 60,000 specimens per month. Immunoassay Technique and GCMS testing capabilities approved by the FDA are required.
