S -- HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR USAF CLINIC, PETERSON AFB CO SOL F05604-97-B-0001 POC Contact Merrilyn Cooke, Contracting Officer, (719) 556-7660 Nopersonel Services to provide housekeeping services for the USAF Clinic, Peterson AFB Colorado. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment and other items necessary to perform housekeeping services to include linen exchange, distribution and storage. Approximate square footage: 53,771. The contract will provide for a basic period of performance of 1Oct97 through 30Sep98. The contract Project Manager must have completed a hospital sepsis training course comparable to that required for certification by the National Executive Housekeeper's Association (HEHA). Proof of certification must be submitted with bid. No bidder will be considered for award unless proof of certification has been submitted with the bid and accepted by the Government. This acquisition is set aside 100 per cent for small business concerns. IFB F05604-97-B-0001 is tentatively scheduled for issuance on or about 1Jun97 with a closing date for receipt of bids on or about 15Jul97.
