The work would include maintenance of elevators, automatic doors, fire alarm and suppression systems, HVAC systems, compressed gas systems, various electrical/mechanical equipment, and all utility services. Exterior maintenance would also be included which encompasses replacement of windows; repair of roofs and walls; concrete work including maintenance and repair of sidewalks, steps and parking lots; and grounds maintenance including grass cutting and snow removal.
