Work for this project shall be accomplished under a Statement of Objectives prepared by the Government and Statement of Work Prepared by the Contractor. The project description includes design requirement and construction. The Government design package is currently at 60% complete. Contractor shall receive Government package and proceed to 100% design completion using commercial practices and industry standards. Professional Engineer seal is required for design upon project award. The construction work is to provide and install metal structural framing system (mechanical connections) over existing built-up roofing and standing seam metal roof with gutters, downspouts, closures, and all necessary accessories. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. Project requirements will be made available on or about 23 May 97. Approximate closing date is 07 Jun 97. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns including their affiliates is not more than $7 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. The standard industrial classification code is 1761. All replies to this notice must be in writing. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
