The Contractor shall perform monthly visits to inspect and test UST, leak detection, and associated alarm systems to include sensors, indicators, printers, and computer systems. Perform minor maintenance on UST systems to include resetting alarms and detection systems, maintaining and repairing control panels, and bringing UST systems into good working order. Provide all transportation and equipment to perform this work. Provide a scope and cost estimate for any large scales repairs for Elmendorf AFB action. All work shall be in accordance with all applicable base, Air Force, State, and Federal codes and regulations. Perform impressed current cathodic protection system performance test every 60 days. (Building 41-659, 2 tanks only). Perform annual cathodic system performance tests for all sacrificial anode cathodic protection systems on UST's. Perform minor maintenance and determine scope of any large repairs for Elmendorf AFB action. Respond within 24 hours, or the next duty day, to UST problems as directed. Perform inspection of entire system and determine cause of alarm or other adverse indicator. Submit documentation of inspection, testing, maintenance, and minor repairs to the contracting officer or designated representative. Each tank shall be documented on a separate piece of paper and delivered within 48 hours. All work on this project shall be limited to Monday through Friday inclusive, between 0715 hours through 1715 hours, excluding federal holidays, unless approved otherwise by the contracting officer or designated representative. The contractor shall provide emergency service response within 4 hours for the duration f this contract. The contractor shall notify the contracting officer or designated representative immediately if any alarm or system fails to reset or troubleshooting procedures prove to be inclusive. The contractor shall provide proof of technician certification on systems listed in Attachment 1 before any work on this contract begins. (0119)
