This solicitation is to notify sub-contractors of a major repair & alteration project at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin General Mail Facility. The work will involve reconstructing the concrete floor in an elevated maneuvering area of approximately 150,000 SF and reconstructing the the concrete floor in the vehicle maintenance area of approximately 30,000 SF. Other related work is included. The work will be accomplished in multiple phases over a period of time as required to minimize the effect on mail processing operations.
