Z -- INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY, SEWER LINESS SOL F45613-97-R0016 DUE 062097 POC David Olson (509)247-4867 or SSgt Chronister (509)247-4865 The work for this project includes, but is not limited to; removal, replacement, repair, and lining sewer lines; mechanically cleaning sewer lines using a motorized rotating drain and sewer cleaning machine with a root cutting head; chemically cleaning sewer lines using chemical foam to kill roots, pothole and sectioning of sewer lines for air tests and video inspections; video taping and air testing; repairing manholes; constructing new sewer line floors in manholes; coating manhole floors; and sitework as necessary, to include, but not limited to excavation, restoration, and repair necessary to accomplish sewer repair/removal/replacement/lining. Period of performance shall be a base year plus two option years. Performance shall be specified by delivery orders for items indicated on the Bid Schedule. Estimated contract minimum is $15,000.00 and maximum is $500,000.00 for the base year. There is no guaranteed minimum for the option years. The SIC Code for this project is 1623. The business size standard is $17 Million. The magnitude of the project is between $1 Million and $5 Million based on estimated quantities and pricing of items to be ordered. Acquisition will be through competitive negotiation procedures with qualified offerors. The areas of evaluation and their relative rank order will be specified in Section M of the solictitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the government considering price and past performance. This acquisition is unrestricted. Interested parties should provide evidence of the capacity to obtain bonds for a project of this magnitude, and information that demonstrates a capability to perform projects of this magnitude.
