The equipment will be installed base wide during the upgrade of the fire detection/reporting system at Falcon Air Force Base, Colorado. The current system consist of approximately 45 Honeywell Panels, model number FS-90 and 9000 Honeywell detectors with 4500 of these being the Honeywell addressable type, part number TC807A1036. Addressable and all other Honeywell detectors will remain. It is anticipated the only equipment that will offer complete two way communication interface will be Honeywell. (Sole Brand Name) Use of translator cards or panels will not be acceptable unless UL approved, and offering a 100% communication capability with Honeywell communication protocol.
