Drydocking and undocking of the TWR-3 at the contractor's plant on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii for repair work performance by the ship's force during the period 19 May through 4 June 1997. Contractor must have (or be able to execute) a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command, U.S. Navy. All responsible MSRA/ABR sources with private drydocking facilities on the island of Oahu may submit proposal offer which will be considered by the agency. MSR/ABR requests for copies of the solicitation should be received by SUPSHIP San Diego Detachment, Pearl Harbor no later than 27 May 1997. (0120)
