Miscellaneous Topside Repairs for the YRBM(L)-32 to be performed at Pearl Harbor on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii during the period 22 September through 5 December 1997. Contractor must have (or be able to execute) a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command, U.S. Navy. All responsible MSRA/ABR sources with private shop facilities on the island of Oahu may submit proposal offer which will be considered by the agency. MSR/ABR requests for copies of the solicitation should be received by SUPSHIP San Diego Detachment, Pearl Harbor no later than 24 July 1997. (0120)
