Work requires upgrade/modification of existing M291 production lines manufactured by Klockner-Bartelt. Work includes replacement of four existing resin auger fillers to provide for greater filling accuracy,replacement of one checkweigher to provide more accurate quality check and replacement of four registration eyes to smart photo-eyes to ease adjustments when changing film. Two additional smart photo eyes shall be provided by the contractor but not installed. Equipment provided and work performed shall be in accordance with Pine Bluff Arsenal Technical Specification SIOBP-ET-1997-2 dtd 30 January 1997 and dwg 63-110 EQ5 sheet 1 of 1. 1 job. Location of work is Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
