The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market analysis to determine whether sufficient vendors exist to supply partial and/or total parts support for maintenance of the fleet supported by the FAA Logistics Center. A listing of the aircraft supported by the FAA Logistics Center and the operating parameters for each aircraft are available via the internet (http://www.mmac.jccbi.gov/amq/opportun.htm) or by contacting the contracting officer at (405) 954-7791. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3728. Each interested vendor should include with their response the following information: 1) parts capability; 2) parts availability; and 3) estimated response time by type of aircraft that the vendor can support. Initial expression of interest is due by May 12, 1997. Detailed information set forth above shall be submitted no later than May 27, 1997.
