Kevex Instrument Inc, is the original equipment manufacturer and holds all the patented rights for their systems. Due to the proprietary components and specialized equipment needed to perform this requirement, this will be purchased as a sole source from Kevex Instrument, Inc., in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. (C)(1). Firms that recognize and can provide the required service upgrade, are encouraged to identify themselves within 15 days from the date of this publication, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which would permit their participation in future solicitations.
