Mayberry, Contracting Officer, (703) 696-2438 The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to award a sole-source Purchase Order for $28,120.00 with the Johns Hopkins University, Applied Physics Laboratory, John Hopkins Road, Laurel, MD 20723-6099. The effort provides for the Government-funded Phase II Arsenal Ship laboratory support of the CEC and AEGIS Remote Magazine. Johns Hopkins University, Applied Physics Laboratory, has unique expertise in writing code for CEC and integrating weapon system functionality. They are the only contractor capable of effectively supporting the Arsenal Ship Industry Team given the short period in which the requirements of the Arsenal Ship Phase II deliverables must be fulfilled.
