The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) is seeking a contractor to provide a Long-Term Disability Insurance policy, and administer the program in such a manner that the program supplements other Federal disability income programs. The solicitation package will be available on or about May 15, 1997. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The anticipated response date for receipt of proposals by the FCA will be on or about July 10, 1997. The actual response date will be contained in the Request for Proposal. All requests for the solicitation shall be in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted. All requests must state that the vendor is not currently on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible Contractors otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts. (0121)
