The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement to provide the Office of Administration and Resources Management in Cincinnati, Ohio, operation and maintenance support services for EPA Cincinnati area facilities. There are currently eight facilities in Cincinnati that will be covered by this procurement. The work will be conducted on-site. The purpose of this contract is to acquire facilities support services to operate, maintain, repair, improve and provide an array of support services as specified in the Statement Of Work. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated, the date and time and location will be specified in the resulting solicitation. The Government anticipates the award of a cost plus award fee contract with a 12 month base period and four 12 month options. The level of effort for the base and each option will consist of 48,460 direct labor hours. In addition quantity options for each period will consist of 16,320 hours. The procurement will be processed in accordance with Section 8(a)of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637 (a)) and in accordance with FAR 19.805. (competitive procedures).
